Unique Book Launch

One of my closest writing friends, Jerena Tobiasen, has published book one of her trilogy"The Crest". She hosted a book launch in her community room at her condominium. It was delightful to listen to her read selections from her book. She gave us a sneak read from book two of the trilogy "The Emerald".

However, Jerena was very generous and allowed some of her writing friends a chance to read from their work-in-progress. I was one of the lucky ones that got to read. I am in this picture sitting with my writing pal Ki. He is reading a selection from his work in this photo.

It was an elegant night. I hope one day to return the favor when my book gets published. Host a book launch and allow my friends to read from their works.
