Read between the lines
So, I am an American living currently in Canada. It is very interesting. We American's are filled with false ideas of how 'great' we are. True, during two world wars American's traveled across the seas to fight against tyranny from other aggressive countries. But, that was then, this is now. Yeah, mostly we are rude and arrogant.
So, as I read between the lines I ask myself: Where am I rude? Where am I so filled with righteousness I can't hear a differing point of view? And why when I hear a differing point of view does it anger or frighten me? What is that all about?
Wow, how insecure am I if that is the case.
These are good ideas for me to consider.
